2 Tostada Shells
1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese
1/4 Cup Shredded Lettuce
1/4 Cup Diced Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Onion

  1. Cook burger in microwave for 2 minutes.
  2. Place one tostada shell, burger and top with other tostada shell
  3. Sprinkle on cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onions.
  4. Drizzle with favorite sauce and a dash of hot sauce.
Burger Keto Pizza

1 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 4-ounce burger
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
7 Slices Pepperoni and Jalapeno
Other pizza toppings as desired

  1. Drizzle olive oil onto pan and lay down frozen burger.
  2. Top with sauce, cheese and toppings
  3. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes and enjoy!
Flying Dutchman Burger

2 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 4-ounce burger
2 Thick Cut Onion Slices
2 Slices American Cheese
Flying Dutchman Sauce (Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard and Sweet Pickle Relish)

  1. Microwave burgers for 2 minutes.
  2. Cook thick onion slices in olive oil until desired doneness.
  3. Combine sauce, assemble and enjoy!
Loco Moco

1 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 4-ounce burger
1/2 Cup White Rice
1/4 Cup Brown Gravy
1 Sunny Side Up Egg
1 TBSP Green Onions

  1. Microwave burger for 2 minutes.
  2. Cook rice, brown gravy and sunny side up egg.
  3. Layer rice, burger, and brown gravy. Top with sunny side up egg and green onions.
CHEESEBURGER SLIDERS

3 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 4-ounce burgers
Shredded Cheese
Hawaiian Rolls
Pickles

  1. Cook burgers according to package instructions.
  2. Chop burgers up into pieces and cut the Hawaiian rolls in half.
  3. Add pickles to cut bottom half of rolls, then spread chopped burger evenly onto rolls, add shredded cheese, then top with other half of rolls.
  4. Bake in oven until the cheese is melted, then serve.
Mock Stuffed Meatloaf

2 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 4-ounce burgers
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
1/2 Cup Pre Made Mashed Potatoes
3 TBSP Ketchup
1 TBSP BBQ Sauce

  1. Microwave burgers for 1 minute.
  2. In an oven safe dish add 1 burger, then layer with cheese and add the second burger. Glaze the top with ketchup and bbq sauce mixture.
  3. Add the mashed potatoes and put into 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
MUSHROOM & CHIPOTLE MAYO CHEESEBURGER

2 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 3-ounce burgers
Portabellini Mushrooms, sliced
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Buns, buttered
Tomatoes, sliced
Red Onions, sliced
Crisp Lettuce

  1. Sauté mushrooms in a pan, add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside to cool.
  2. Cook burgers according to package instructions.
  3. Toast the buns & assemble your burger with a dollop of chipotle mayo, burger, sautéed mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, & onion.

CHIPOTLE SAUCE

3 tbsp Mayo
1/2 tsp Chipotle Paste
Squeeze of Lemon Juice

Combine mayo, chipotle paste, & a squeeze of lemon juice to create the chipotle mayo.

CHIPOTLE CHEESEBURGER

2 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 4-ounce burgers
1 Brioche Bun, toasted
2 American Cheddar Cheese Slices
Lettuce
Avocado, sliced
Pickled Jalapeños
1 Sunny Side Up Egg

  1. Prepare avocado slices, egg, buns, and chipotle sauce.
  2. Cook burgers according to package instructions.
  3. Add slices of cheese to each individual burger while still hot to melt.
  4. Assemble burger and serve. Stack in the following order: Bottom toasted bun, a smear of chipotle sauce, pickled jalapeños, lettuce, 2 burgers, egg, sliced avocado, top toasted bun.

CHIPOTLE SAUCE

½ cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
2 teaspoons Chipotle in Adobo Sauce
¼ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Salt, to taste

Mix all ingredients for special sauce in a small bowl & set aside.

CONEY ISLAND BURGER

1 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 4-ounce burger
1 Bologna Slice
1 cup Spicy Beef Chili
2 tablespoon White Onion, diced
Yellow Mustard, to taste
1 Bun

  1. Warm chili & grill bologna until browned.
  2. Place burger on toasted bun, add grilled bologna, warmed chili, & chopped onions. Top with mustard & serve.
PUB BURGER

1 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 4-ounce burger
1 tablespoon Butter
⅛ Sweet Onion, sliced
2 tablespoons Beer
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
1 Slice Cheddar Cheese
1 Pretzel Bun, toasted

  1. Place butter in a large skillet set over medium heat, & add onions. Slowly cook onions while stirring until caramelized, approximately 30min.
  2. Add beer & brown sugar to skillet & deglaze by scraping the bottom of the pan as you stir. Cook 2-4 minutes, until liquid evaporates
  3. Place the burger on the toasted bun & top with cheddar cheese and caramelized onions, add burger sauce, & serve immediately.

BURGER SAUCE

2 tablespoon Mayo
½ tablespoon Dijon Mustard
½ teaspoon Worcestershire
⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper

Mix all ingredients for special sauce in a small bowl & set aside.

NACHO BURGER
Makes 4 burgers

4 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 4-ounce burgers
4 hamburger buns
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup pickled jalapeño slices, or more to taste
8 slices tomato
About 20 tortilla chips
1 cup nacho cheese, heated

  1. Cook burgers according to package instructions.
  2. Assemble burgers by placing 1/4 cup lettuce, 1 burger, a few jalapeño slices, 2 tomato slices, 5 tortilla chips, and 1/4 cup nacho cheese onto each burger bun. Top with top bun and serve.
BIBIMBAP STYLE BURGER BOWL
Makes 1 large bowl

2 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 4-ounce burgers
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons gochujang or hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
2 cups steamed white rice, heated
1/2 cup cucumber kimchi
1/4 cup matchstick carrots
2 radishes, thinly sliced
2 lime wedges
1 fried egg, cooked over easy or as desired
1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, optional sriracha, to taste, optional

  1. In a small skillet over medium heat, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, and ginger. Add burgers and cook until sauce is simmering and begins to thicken, about 4 minutes, flipping burgers occasionally. Remove from heat.
  2. Place rice in to a large bowl. Add burgers on top and pour any sauce from the skillet over the burgers.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients to rice bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds and sriracha, if desired.
PINEAPPLE HOISIN BURGER
Makes 4 burgers

4 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 4-ounce burgers
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
4 slices fresh pineapple
4 hamburger buns
1 cup mixed greens
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
4 lime wedges, optional Creamy Sesame Slaw, recipe follows

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a small bowl stir together hoisin, sriracha, and sesame seeds. Brush sauce over burgers and pineapple.
  3. Place coated burgers and pineapple slices onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until hot and browned.
  4. Divide slaw evenly among bottom hamburger buns. Add cooked burger and pineapple slice to each. Evenly divide mixed greens and cilantro onto each burger. Top with top bun and add lime wedge on side or on a wooden skewer stuck into burger.

CREAMY SESAME SLAW

Slaw Makes about 1 cup slaw

1 cup coleslaw mix
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients until slaw is coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
