MUSHROOM & CHIPOTLE MAYO CHEESEBURGER

2 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 3-ounce burger patties
Portabellini Mushrooms, sliced
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Buns, buttered
Tomatoes, sliced
Red Onions, sliced
Crisp Lettuce

  1. Sauté mushrooms in a pan, add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside to cool.
  2. Cook burger patties according to package instructions.
  3. Toast the buns & assemble your burger with a dollop of chipotle mayo, patty, sautéed mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, & onion.

CHIPOTLE SAUCE

3 tbsp Mayo
1/2 tsp Chipotle Paste
Squeeze of Lemon Juice

Combine mayo, chipotle paste, & a squeeze of lemon juice to create the chipotle mayo.
