CHIPOTLE CHEESEBURGER

2 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 4-ounce burger patties
1 Brioche Bun, toasted
2 American Cheddar Cheese Slices
Lettuce
Avocado, sliced
Pickled Jalapeños
1 Sunny Side Up Egg

  1. Prepare avocado slices, egg, buns, and chipotle sauce.
  2. Cook burger patties according to package instructions.
  3. Add slices of cheese to each individual patty while still hot to melt.
  4. Assemble burger and serve. Stack in the following order: Bottom toasted bun, a smear of chipotle sauce, pickled jalapeños, lettuce, 2 patties, egg, sliced avocado, top toasted bun.

CHIPOTLE SAUCE

½ cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
2 teaspoons Chipotle in Adobo Sauce
¼ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Salt, to taste

Mix all ingredients for special sauce in a small bowl & set aside.
