CHIPOTLE CHEESEBURGER
2 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 4-ounce burger patties
1 Brioche Bun, toasted
2 American Cheddar Cheese Slices
Lettuce
Avocado, sliced
Pickled Jalapeños
1 Sunny Side Up Egg
- Prepare avocado slices, egg, buns, and chipotle sauce.
- Cook burger patties according to package instructions.
- Add slices of cheese to each individual patty while still hot to melt.
- Assemble burger and serve. Stack in the following order: Bottom toasted bun, a smear of chipotle sauce, pickled jalapeños, lettuce, 2 patties, egg, sliced avocado, top toasted bun.
CHIPOTLE SAUCE
½ cup Sour Cream
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
2 teaspoons Chipotle in Adobo Sauce
¼ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Salt, to taste
Mix all ingredients for special sauce in a small bowl & set aside.
