PINEAPPLE HOISIN BURGER
Makes 4 burgers

4 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 4-ounce burger patties
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
4 slices fresh pineapple
4 hamburger buns
1 cup mixed greens
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
4 lime wedges, optional Creamy Sesame Slaw, recipe follows

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a small bowl stir together hoisin, sriracha, and sesame seeds. Brush sauce over burger patties and pineapple.
  3. Place coated burger patties and pineapple slices onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until hot and browned.
  4. Divide slaw evenly among bottom hamburger buns. Add cooked burger and pineapple slice to each. Evenly divide mixed greens and cilantro onto each burger. Top with top bun and add lime wedge on side or on a wooden skewer stuck into burger.

CREAMY SESAME SLAW

Slaw Makes about 1 cup slaw

1 cup coleslaw mix
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients until slaw is coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
