2 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 3-ounce burger patties
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons gochujang or hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
2 cups steamed white rice, heated
1/2 cup cucumber kimchi
1/4 cup matchstick carrots
2 radishes, thinly sliced
2 lime wedges
1 fried egg, cooked over easy or as desired
1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, optional sriracha, to taste, optional
- In a small skillet over medium heat, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, and ginger. Add hamburger patties and cook until sauce is simmering and begins to thicken, about 4 minutes, flipping burgers occasionally. Remove from heat.
- Place rice in to a large bowl. Add burger patties on top and pour any sauce from the skillet over the patties.
- Add all remaining ingredients to rice bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds and sriracha, if desired.
