1 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 4-ounce burger patty
1 tablespoon Butter
⅛ Sweet Onion, sliced
2 tablespoons Beer
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
1 Slice Cheddar Cheese
1 Pretzel Bun, toasted

  1. Place butter in a large skillet set over medium heat, & add onions. Slowly cook onions while stirring until caramelized, approximately 30min.
  2. Add beer & brown sugar to skillet & deglaze by scraping the bottom of the pan as you stir. Cook 2-4 minutes, until liquid evaporates
  3. Place the patty on the toasted bun & top with cheddar cheese and caramelized onions, add burger sauce, & serve immediately.


2 tablespoon Mayo
½ tablespoon Dijon Mustard
½ teaspoon Worcestershire
⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper

Mix all ingredients for special sauce in a small bowl & set aside.
