LOADED-UP HAMBURGER QUESADILLA

4 Angus Hamburger Patties
4 large flour tortilla
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup diced red onion
¼ cup pickle relish
¼ cup 1000 island dressing
¾ cup diced tomato
4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

  1. Heat the hamburgers according to package instructions, crumbled.
  2. Build the quesadillas on a clean work surface. Divide and layer each tortilla with cheese, onion, relish, dressing and hamburger. Place in a preheated, pre-oiled skillet over medium heat. Toast until cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden in color, about 5 minutes, repeat with remaining quesadillas.
  3. Fold in the tomatoes and lettuce and serve.
