Keto Mushroom Burgers

Cook Time: 10 minutes

2 tablespoons olive oil
8 portabella mushrooms, stems removed
Kosher salt
ground black pepper
4 Quick n’ Eat Angus Beef Patties
4 slices cheddar cheese
lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
4 slices red onion

  1. Heat grill over medium-high heat. Brush mushrooms with olive oil and sprinkle with Kosher salt and pepper. Grill mushrooms, turning once, about 3-4 minutes per side. Simultaneously, grill beef patties until heated through. During the last minute of grilling, add one slice of cheese to each burger and allow to fully melt.
  2. Place each burger on an inverted mushroom cap. Top with lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Top with another mushroom cap and devour.
