Keto Mushroom Burgers

2 tablespoons olive oil
8 portabella mushrooms, stems removed
Kosher salt
ground black pepper
4 Quick n’ Eat Angus Beef Patties
4 slices cheddar cheese
lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
4 slices red onion
- Heat grill over medium-high heat. Brush mushrooms with olive oil and sprinkle with Kosher salt and pepper. Grill mushrooms, turning once, about 3-4 minutes per side. Simultaneously, grill beef patties until heated through. During the last minute of grilling, add one slice of cheese to each burger and allow to fully melt.
- Place each burger on an inverted mushroom cap. Top with lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Top with another mushroom cap and devour.
