4 Angus Hamburger Patties

4 large flour tortilla

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2/3 cup diced red onion

¼ cup pickle relish

¼ cup 1000 island dressing

¾ cup diced tomato

4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce



  • Heat the hamburgers according to package instructions, crumbled.
  • Build the quesadillas on a clean work surface. Divide and layer each tortilla with cheese, onion, relish, dressing and hamburger. Place in a pre-heated, pre-oiled skillet over medium heat. Toast until cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden in color, about 5 minutes, repeat with remaining quesadillas.
  • Fold in the tomatoes and lettuce and serve.
