Serving Size: about 24 small egg rolls
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes

5 Quick n’ Eat Angus Beef Patties
2 tbl vegetable oil
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
1 ½ cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 package eggroll wrappers
2 tbl sesame seeds
Special Sauce (recipe below)

For the Special Sauce
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 tbl yellow mustard
2 tsp ketchup
4 tsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
½ teaspoon paprika
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder

  1. Heat burger patties according to package directions. Crumble patties with your hands. Meanwhile, heat oil in in a medium skillet. Add onion and season with Kosher salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened. Add crumbled burger and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a plate. Add about 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture along with a sprinkle of cheese into the center. Starting in one corner of the wrapper, roll the wrapper over the beef. Fold in the two sides, and then brush water on the other far edge with water. Continue to roll the egg roll to the far edge to seal. Repeat with remaining egg rolls.
  3. Set air fryer to 375°F. Coat both sides of the eggrolls generously with cooking spray and sprinkle the tops with sesame seeds. Place egg rolls, in batches if needed, in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for approximately 12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning. If sesame seeds fall off during cooking, just lightly spray cooked egg rolls with cooking spray and sprinkle more sesame seeds on top. Serve with special sauce.

For the Special Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Season with salt.
