BIBIMBAP STYLE BURGER BOWL
Makes 1 large bowl
 

2 ‘Quick ’N Eat’ 3-ounce burger patties
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons gochujang or hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
2 cups steamed white rice, heated
1/2 cup cucumber kimchi
1/4 cup matchstick carrots
2 radishes, thinly sliced
2 lime wedges
1 fried egg, cooked over easy or as desired
1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds, optional sriracha, to taste, optional

  1. In a small skillet over medium heat, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, and ginger. Add hamburger patties and cook until sauce is simmering and begins to thicken, about 4 minutes, flipping burgers occasionally. Remove from heat.
  2. Place rice in to a large bowl. Add burger patties on top and pour any sauce from the skillet over the patties.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients to rice bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds and sriracha, if desired.
