Keto Mongolian Beef

6 Quick n’ Eat Angus Beef Patties, cooked according to package directions and chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons minced or grated ginger
6 cloves garlic, minced or grated
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup water
½ cup granulated Keto-friendly sweetener
¼ teaspoon red pepper flake
¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
Chopped scallions
Sesame seeds, for garnish
1 bunch cooked broccoli, for serving
Cauliflower Rice, for serving

  1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook ginger and garlic for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add soy sauce, water, granulated sweetener, and red pepper flake and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to maintain and simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Add xanthan gum and cook for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  2. Add chopped burger and stir to combine and let cook for 1 minute to allow flavors to combine. Serve over cauliflower rice with broccoli, scallions, and sesame seeds.
