CUBAN BURGER

4 Quick n’ Eat Beef Patties
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices deli ham
4 burger buns
½ cup mayonnaise
1 head garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
Kosher salt
¼ cup dijon mustard
8 dill pickle slices
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Peel and discard papery outer layers of the garlic but leaving the full head intact. Slice ¼-½” off the top of the head of garlic, exposing the individual cloves of garlic. Place on a piece of aluminum foil, and drizzle with olive oil and a generous sprinkle of Kosher salt. Close up the aluminum foil so the garlic is within an enclosed pouch. Place in oven and let cook for 30-40 minutes, until cloves are lightly browned and soft to the touch.
- Mash 4 cloves of roasted garlic and then combine in a small bowl with the mayo. Taste and add additional garlic of a stronger garlic flavor is desired.
- Meanwhile, cook burgers according to package directions. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheese to each and allow to fully melt.
- Slather mayo and mustard on each bun. Assemble burgers on buns with a two dill pickle slices and deli ham.
