CHEESY HAMBURGER SHELLS

4 Quick N’ Easy Angus Beef Patties
2 cup shells noodles
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons AP flour
1 cup milk
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup cream
- Start cooking noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat a large skillet with frozen patties over medium heat. Cover and heat for 10 minutes, flip patties halfway. Crumble the patties in the skillet and stir in butter until melted. Stir in the flour until incorporated well. Whisk in milk and raise the heat to a boil for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until melted. Finish the sauce by stirring in the cream.
- Carefully stir in the noodles into the skillet coating well.
